Terms & Conditions
Maple Valley Nursery, LLC sells wholesale to garden centers, wholesale nurseries, botanical gardens, licensed landscape contractors, builders and florists. Purchaser is to make payment in full by cash or check on or before delivery unless prior credit arrangements are made. Terms of net 30 are available to established customers after their initial order has been paid in full and after an approved credit application is on file with Maple Valley Nursery, LLC. Past due accounts will be charged 2% per month. Accounts over 45 days will be considered delinquent and subject to being submitted to collections.
Guarantee: We guarantee our plants to be true to name and healthy at time of shipping. We make every effort to fill all orders correctly, however, in the event of an error on our part, the correction will be made. At no time will our liability exceed the price of the plants. All claims must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
