We also brighten up the store entry with our blooming hydrangeas, daylilies and conversation-starting carnivorous plants.

In buying our plants here, you know that plants were grown in your local environment and will acclimate easily in your landscape.  Also, they were delivered from our nursery only a few miles away. We’re proud to add Whole Foods Market to the list of local stores that support us and feature our plant selections.  Check them out on your next trip!

Being the huge supporters of all things local that they are, we love hosting them at the nursery. Mike loves growing things and taking phenomenal photographs. Amanda loves food, connecting people with food and connecting people with where food comes from.  If these folks sound familiar to you, it’s because Maple Valley Nursery happily grew the veggies for their Fall 2009 wedding reception centerpieces. (Check out the beautiful article on their wedding in Birmingham magazine.) We told you…they support all things green, tasty and local in all facets of work and play.
